The bike built by Beckner's House of Rides, and painted by Riddell (the same company that paints the OSU helmets). Archie Griffin has signed the tank. Tickets will be sold online and at all OSU home games. Tickets will be $25 each or 5 for $100, and no more than 4,500 will be sold. Winner will be drawn at the OSU/Michigan game. All proceeds are going to The James Cancer Center at OSU.

Help us spread the word around!!!

So how do taxes work on things like this? Can you put the sale price on the title as $25?

I'm not 100% sure on this, but I believe you have to claim the appraised value as income (just as any other prize you'd win).

Why are you pretty sure it isn't going to be there?

Benyen did they cancel on us?

OMC didn't cancel on anyone. As I understand it, Ben Dils, one of the other directors, told Benyen it was a possibility and would be discussed. It was discussed at last night's board meeting, and our legal counsel advised against it. Did you have it confirmed with someone else? I'm not sure who could/would confirm something like that without running it past the board first.

That sucks we were hoping to raise some money.

where do they set up downtown durning the games to buy tickets or where b the link for online purchase?

It varies, but this week (OSU/OU) it'll be on Lane Ave, just west of the Varsity Club. I'll try to keep the location updated as much as possible. I think it's going to be in the stadium for a game or two as well. The alumni association is going to be doing something with it also.

It'll be making appearances all over the city between now and the Michigan game.
