First you being a fine US citizen WHY will you hire someone without a social security #. If you do you are ruining your country and it's the problem of the fine (read greedy)few citizens.2. All the above points above (in red) need a social security number to get the facility (I can assure the insurance, renting an apartment, school, I needed the original birth certificate and social security card for my daughter to get registered in a public school).3. Just one law need to be implemented and make it mandatory, to get any of these service you need a SSN, if anybody is not doing it, it's being sloppy on their part.......so .
