Instead, I spend more than 50% of the time without data service at my house, and more than 10-20 hours per month "troubleshooting" issues with tech support(mildly ironic that I can actually see the tower from my house). I have been a Verizon customer for many years, and have never had this kind of poor technical support. Also, there have been no offers from customer support to adjust my bill during data "outages". I'm in the same boat everyone claims they have the qualifications, but then they ask how to do something they should know how to do.
