Hospital released him tonight a little after 1am.He's been in a lot of pain this past week.....Couldn't hardly walk, or even stand to shave. Got better for day or two, then my mom found him in bed again this afternoon when she stopped out to check on him....Hadn't been out of it all day. Hasn't eaten much this past week either, and he doesn't have any extra meat on him to begin with. He said she better take him to hospital, which for him is a MAJOR concession as he HATES hospitals & never admits there's anything wrong with him, or wants anybody to put themselves remotely out because of himOld Depression baby/WWII Navy vet who I swear, you could give a pile of poo in a brown paper bag to, for birthday or Christmas, and he'd fuss over it like it was the best thing he's ever been given! So for him to ask to be taken to hospital was a bit scary in itselfThey ran a bunch of tests & ruled a bunch out. Still not quite sure what it is, but he's to follow up with a specialist next week, as they found a growth, though they said his white count was normal & never mentioned the C word.
