Developed hand-in-hand with the engineers at Shoei, the SRL2 communication system from SENA is one of the slickest setups we’ve ever seen for bike-to-bike comms.

The system fits perfectly within the GT-Air II or Neotec II helmet with its wires secreted behind the helmet’s liner and all of its controls, battery and earphones snap into place with ease. It’ll take you about ten minutes to wire up the helmet and you’ll be ready for the road. And since everything is purpose-built to work together, you won’t have any odd protrusions that whistle on your helmet, nor is the setup uncomfortable on the ears thanks to the integrated headphone pockets.

The wiring shown below will be hidden behind the cheekpads and liner

Functionally-speaking, the SRL2 allows you to connect a phone via Bluetooth and speak with up to seven other riders within a one mile line-of-sight radius. It’s even compatible with other non-SENA devices thanks to integrated Universal Intercom programming.

You’ll be able to listen to music, take calls and speak with other riders while you’re at speed. The sound coming through is surprisingly clear, too with SENA’s Advanced Noise Control system. This programming attenuates sound output so you can clearly hear everything through wind and road noise. It’s a rather impressive feat in and of itself!

Configuring the device to accept voice commands is easy thanks to the iOS or Android Sena Smartphone App. You’ll be able to configure the device’s settings, and - if you’re trying to meet up with other riders that are out of radio range, you can use the RideConnected function that turns your mobile phone into an intercom. You can speak to just about anyone on a cellular network with this set up!

For riders that need to stay in contact with everyone, no other device compares!

To get your communicator, and if you don’t already have a GT-Air II or Neotec II helmet we can help with that, too - call Mike on 866.931.6644 ext. 818, send a note to forum@ridersdiscount.com with SENA SRL2 COMMUNICATOR in the subject line, or just shoot us a PM and we’ll get back to you right away.
