It also provides excellent impact and abrasion resistance. Within the large shin protector, you’ll also find a strategically positioned front vent for improved. You’ll notice a large Multi Link Control (MLC)that adds impact protection to ankle as well. All of this is attached to an upper made with lightweight and durable microfiber, that’s mixed with synthetic compound for long-lasting durability. Holding the boot on your foot is a ratchet buckle closure on calf features that has a hidden security strap as well as a lateral side zipper that’s covered by a long strip of protective leather. As you move down the boot, you’ll find anatomically designed, asymmetric leather accordion stretch panels that allow maximum flexibility without sacrificing rider safety. Working with the inside of the boot to keep you cool, breathable mesh inserts and a perforated side panel allow air to move around your foot. This of course, is in addition to the perforated leather at dominates most of the boot’s exterior surface. Keeping your toes safe, dual-density screw-in toe-sliders are carefully placed to prevent abrasion for those that corner low. Constructed of ionized aluminum and polymer, the combination provides durability and abrasion resistance. These units can be replaced when they’re close to wearing through.
