Assembled absolutely using 1.1mm thick premium kangaroo leather from top to bottom, this lightweight, yet very strong and still supple leather suit’s panels are only interrupted by sections of aramid-bonded leather in high-impact/abrasion hotspots and stretch material in areas where leather isn’t required. You’ll notice this the first time you pick up the suit, and especially when you put it on. It’s almost like wearing pajamas, with lots of additional pieces of armor. You’ll see it in the photos as it appears to be just that, leather with a grid beneath it. Aramid material is the same material used in Kevlar. Its strength and durability has long been proven sufficient for in use in everything from combat armor to aerospace components. And if that’s not enough, there’s also room for the installation of an Alpinestars Nucleon back protector along with slots for chest armor. Replaceable knee and elbow sliders are fitted as standard. Every aspect of the suit is designed from lessons learned working with the most demanding riders in history; Marquez, Vinalez … Crutchlow – to name a few.
