CE-approved armor is fitted in the shoulders and elbows and compartments for a back protector and chest inserts are included if you really want upgraded protection. It’s all housed in a heavy-duty, yet flexible poly fabric, dobby-reinforced covered in an Alpinestars Drystra taped-seam chassis.

Particularly unique for this jacket is the way it can be adjusted to fit your body’s exact shape. Tabs are found on either side of the torso, along with hook-and-loop drawstrings at the waist. In the arms, too, is another set of hook-and-loop tabs that draw the jacket as close, or far – as you want from your body. The result is a keenly fit jacket that’ll keep you dry when the skies open up.

Ventilation is looked after via a series of zippered intakes on the front and back of the jacket. These, of course, can be drawn closed when it’s cold, or rainy, but are more than capable of moving lots of air when needed. And we should mention that, inside the jacket, you’ll find a removable liner, too, for the really cold weather.
