Scorpion Covert Ratnik Helmet

Recommended Posts

This three-in-one helmet design from Scorpion gives you the versatility to ride how you want, when you want, in less than a minute. Each helmet ships with enough components to go from a half-helmet all the way to a full-face affair, with a ¾ helmet option in the middle. This single pony for your head does all the tricks … and then some!

“Then some” includes  Scorpion’s EverClear SpeedView Drop-Down SunVisor. This nifty shade comes fitted as standard in each Covert helmet. It gives you instant shade at the swipe of your hand. And for night riding, you can swap out the shade for the included clear Drop-Down that comes in the box with every Ratnik helmet.

As noted, the DOT-approved polycarbonate shell can be configured in three ways. Starting with a full-face helmet using the easily-removable chin bar, you can easily remove this part to go to a ¾ configuration. If that’s not enough, or you want to stay as cool as possible, pull off the helmet skirt and now you’re at the half-helmet configuration. Each change can be accomplished in a minute without the use of tools .

The removable KwikWick II comfort liner stays intact with each configuration, reducing parts count while allowing you maximum comfort no matter how the helmet is set up.

You get a truly versatile helmet that’s ready for any ride, in box with the Covert’s versatile design.
