Interesting hypothetical title situation

Let’s say your estranged stepbrother had a heart attack and dies without a will.  He was long ago divorced at the time of his death, but owned a motorcycle that he bought in 2011 with his then wife and both names are on the title. Since no payment has been made on his house since his death, the bank is foreclosing and his motorcycle is sitting in the garage, long ago paid off and you have the title in hand.

What do do you do and how do you process the title?

The estate handles this. Ex wife gets half of the value of the bike, the estate gets the rest. Since there is no will the whole thing goes into probate.
