being an ADV person with no real mechanical knowledge seems like a bad way of doing it too. like, if you're out in the middle of nowhere and can't troubleshoot and fix things enough to limp to town yourself, you're gonna be in some real trouble.

I skipped around but couldn't stomach much of it... Blown shocks and zero oil is what I think I caught from it. She claimed they never put oil in it period, said there was no smoke or anything from it burning off, just had none.
