Max, getting out for a awhile.

Planning on building a Miata for autocross.

SO, the room will help, plus dont want to see the bike sit. Suzi needs to get out and run

Bad, thank you. I have all receipts for anything done. I did most of the work myself. Other work was performed by Perry Paugh at Dougherthys motorcycle in Bedford.

My co worker is not interested I guess.

He went from hard core trying to find the perfect bike for a cafe project to by buying a Vrod. I have no clue how that all unfolded :dunno:

This is probably for the best. The 850 is a bad candidate for cafe. Shaft drive, leading axle forks, all the weight of a 1000 with all the power of a 750... nothing against the 850, it's a great bike for it's intended use, it's just not a racer. Smooth, reliable cruiser/tourer all day. Suzuki didn't race them for a reason.

I will leave this ad up for another few days. In hindsite, I might just hang on to this bike since I have owned it for so long, 22 years. Still planning doing autocross, so I will have balance the free time, nice weather, “what vehicle to drive” deal

Maybe a price drop to $1,300 will generate interest?

Just keep it. 22 more years from now you'll have long forgotten what you blew $1300 on but you'll remember that bike and wish you had kept it.

Up for sale is a 2007 Suzuki SV650 that was bought from Brian "Tuna" Mullins awhile ago that is well known with WERA and AFJ, ,so he can testify to the background to this bike. I purchased it originally to build for an endurance bike with some friends but never had time to do it or finish it. This is a BILL OF SALE ONLY - TRACK ONLY, this bike is NOT street legal as it does not have a title as it originally come from an police auction

      Mileage:
      975 total miles

      Upgrades:
pit bull 520 chain and sprocket kit,
      pit bull spools,
Galfer front SS brake lines, new EBC front and rear pads,
      GSXR steering stabilizer,
      new fork oil,
      pit bull speedo spacer replacement,
      new dunlop Q2's,
SV Parts black rear sets (Not installed but come with it),
new ecu and new gsxr fuel pump
new battery (always keep on trickle charger)

      What needs to be done:
Tank needs to be treated, and I have provided a new KBS Cycle tank sealer kit
stock bodywork reinstalled or buy race bodywork

All stock bodywork and lights come with it, and I also had a set of old gen 1 R6 bodywork you can have it you want to retrofit. Pictures are of when the bodywork was still on the bike, it has been off and stored properly so you can chose if you want street bodywork or race bodywork on it when you set it up.

CASH ONLY, NO TRADES, Bike is located in Columbus, OH

Bike has just been sitting, I don't have time to finish building it or get to the track, so figured it is best to get it to someone that can put it to use.

Thanks for the consideration, and hope it can go to good use for someone!

-Original owner, brought new as a left over model.
      -1105 miles
-Cobra swept exhaust (still have stock pipes, they can go with the bike).
      -Detachable hard viking saddlebags
-Passenger seat back rest (also have rear seat cowel).
No issues so far. Got it mainly to do two up since I'm a sportbike guy but never really had much time to ride it and it's too pretty to just stay sitting in my garage. Asking $6200. Located in central ohio area.

    • By what
Any of you that have ridden with me over the last 3 years know this bike. I haven't ridden it really at all this year except down at the Gap, since my focus has shifted more towards racing and track and I don't want it just sitting around because it's a great bike, and it deserves a great, active lifestyle. I wasn't going to post this until spring, but I figured why not get a head start.

I'm asking $5,000 for OR. I will be posting for $5,600 on CL possibly this fall or in the spring.
I don't have a lot of aftermarket on this bike. Here's a list of what it does have:
New grips - old grips were worn
Fresh DID chain + sprockets, probably only 200 miles on them if even
      Fly screen/cowl over headlights
Center stand - currently off the bike but is easy to re-attach
Dunlop Q3's - takeoffs from my track bike, only had 1 track day on them... still some life left, maybe 30 or 40%
Battery Tender leads - I know, can you believe I'm willing to let this go with the bike? Wow!
      Everything else is stock.
I keep up with maintenance. It has had the 12,000 and 24,000 mile services done at Motohio (24,000 was done at the start of last season). The bike had 22,000 miles at the time, I just decided to get it done early so I didn't have to bring it in over the summer. I don't think I actually hit 24,000 yet. I'm the 3rd owner.

I prefer cash but I'm willing to discuss trade on a Grom or Z125 + cash.
