The 4th annual memorial ride for my late brother, Nathan, will be on Saturday June 16, rain date June 17. Meeting at Buffalo Wild Wings in Cambridge, Oh between 9-9:30 kick stands up by 10. The 150 mile route has been mapped out heading southwest on state routes 660, 313, 146, 60, 669, 555, 78, 13, 22, 668 and 40. I will confirm it once killer_kaw and I have checked the route. We will end up back in Cambridge for the after party and bike show.  Obviously you can peel off anytime you need to.  Typical OR fashion, medium/medium fast and there will also be a slower group if you would prefer.

JUNE 16

Killer_kaw and I have changed the route just a bit due to construction and roads that are in terrible shape. We are now meeting in New Concord at the Marathon gas station on JUNE 16 around 9-930 kickstands up at 10. The 150 mile (4.5hr) route will be as follows:

Heading south out of New Concord on 83, continuing onto 313,146, 60, 669, 555, 78 to Glouster. Heading north on 13 to a rendezvous point at the intersection of  13/155 for fuel and regroup. Continuing north on 13 to 22 and then 668 into Brownsville. We will head east on 40 or I70 to bypass Zanesville (12 mile slab) getting off at the Adamsville exit to head north on 93 to Otsego, right on 83 south to 209 into Cambridge.

This is NOT a poker run and will be a typical OR format. Medium/medium fast and a slow group if needed.

This should be a nice warm up for the gap trip. Most of the roads are in pretty decent shape. This has been a damn fun ride the past couple of years. Sounds like we’ll be finishing up at the Arena in Cambridge (excellent pizza). There will be a bike show/ rib fest going on in Cambridge that day. Hope to see some familiar faces.

Luke it was nice meeting you and your family today. Thanks for leading me around some different  roads other than my normal go to stuff. Gary it was nice to see you again and get to know you a little better. Thanks for making sure I didn’t get lost or end up in a ditch. B-Mac I wish I would have been running video to catch your dance moves. Would have been internet gold to have video of you walking like an Egyptian on your bike. All in all great day. Put down close to 500 miles and got off with a warning from the Columbiana Sheriff, when I definitely deserved a ticket.

Luke, Thanks for the ride. it was nice meeting new and seeing old. I was not dancing while operating a motor vehicle.:bicycle:  I was doing some PT on my recently rebuild Rotator Cuff. Lateral Raises with a little external rotation added for style.

It was our pleasure to have you all ride with us today.  I'm pretty new to the forum and guys like you two and many others make people like me feel welcome. If you guys ever want a wing man down in this neck of the woods, look me up.  Gary (killer_kaw), Thanks for all your help setting this up. You are a true friend!
