Howabusa
I just noticed that the new T31 Tires from Bridgestone are about $10 more for a rear than the Dunlop Road Smart 3s. Everybody seems to like the RS 3s. I may have to switch to Dunlops. Anybody tried the T31?
thompsonian
They're on my short list to try.Probably will be my 2nd set of tires this year. But the mileage folks are getting from the RS3 is pretty good. I know both @JustinNck1 and @2talltim have run the RS3 and had good results. what
Dunlop, overall, is less expensive than all the other (good) tire brands. Weirdly.

motocat12
I avoid these situations by riding generation old RS2s
2talltim
Think the price of the T31s will come down when all the T30s are gone. The RS3 so far is a good tire on my bike. Feels good handles well. It has a very heavy carcass so maybe it will handle the heat better and last longer. I'm at 2100 miles on mine and it still looks good. I'll probably leave it on for the gap trip. I have another set of them I'm going to put on when we go out west. Also have 2 sets of T30s I'll be running this year. Gixxus Christ!
Been running contimotion om my bandit for the last 4 years or so. They wear nicely and are grippy enough for my riding abilities, which are nothing spectacular.
magley64
My customary suggestion: Pirelli Angel GT 7000 miles out of a rear, double that from a front on my 01 XX
Howabusa
I ordered a Bridgestone T30 GT rear from Iron Pony. $144 delivered. $10 in tax. Jake Wilson was out of the size I need. Supposed to be here tomorrow.
Wolfman1
I am running T30s this season as well, I have heard great things about these tires all around.
2talltim
I'll be running set number 8 & 9 of the T30 this season at some point
Howabusa
My tire showed up today. It had a price tag on it for $147.99.
cOoTeR
I'm anxious to try the Michelin Road 5s. My H2 SX SE destroyed it's Bridgestone s21 rear tire. I ordered a second just to have a matching set but as soon as the front is done I'm going to try the road 5s.
Tpoppa
I have a set of new in the plastic set of Pirelli Angel GT A-Spec. They are 120 & 190. I'll take $250, I think that's a good price.
