I can't help with your sag question but I did find this. As he states this is basic but he really makes it easy to understand. Pack the tools you need, pen and pad to write down your starting settings and the changes you make with the results. Thinking spread sheet kinda thing. Map yourself a short loop, suit up and go play. You will not break anything by turning the adjusters. The positive that will come from this is that you will learn which adjuster does what and where you want them set for the type of ride you are going to do. The more you play the more knowledge you will gain.
