The seat, hip and knee areas are reinforced with aramid fiber for additional protection. Accordion stretch panels on the knees and seat provide flexibility and comfort. Zippered air intakes on the thighs allow air ventilation. These pants incorporate CE-certified knee protection in addition to removable 5mm hip pad protectors. Double stitching in the main seam provides extra durability. Zippers near the ankles accommodate a range of boot sizes. Velcro closures protect the zippers and prevent bike scratches.
