Still need to get sausage and a few pork butts. Have yet to smoke a pork butt for pulled pork but have found highly rated recipes online. Have tables and some chairs. May need buns. Have mustards. Need to grab like 2 or 3 crock pots from my mother in law. Not sure if solo cups or trust you dick-fisters with glassware. Definitely need to get 3 beer pitchers. Gixxus Christ! Posted April 9, 2017 Author Report Share Posted April 9, 2017 Ok. Got 20 brats and 10 Italian sausage plus a 3 lb pork butt. Probably gonna get another butt, it was the only one left. Buns would be appreciated. Shit, forgot BBQ sauce. Will brine the pork for a few days, then rub and let that soak in for a few days before I smoke and shred them. Will also soak brats in beer. Also grabbed rigatoni and sauce. Beer selection will be milk stout, helles lager, citra IPA and perhaps some American Amber ale. Also ordered pitchers. I can borrow an ez up from my f.i.l. house definitely isn't big enough for everyone. I checked the weather 2 days ago and it was supposed to be fine. Maybe It'll be ok? If the weather is gonna be shit, this will have to be rescheduled. I welcome any early arrivals as long as they help, help meaning most likely clean up my garage and find all my tools. .
