We bought in '12, 4bd 3K sq ft for $250K and sold for a ridiculous amount last month. Property taxes are stupid high in OH compared to CO though so that takes some of the sting out. Haven't rode the bike much lately, but just started riding a board again. I'm in love with the mountains, never experienced anything like snowboarding here.
