JustinNck1 Posted August 15, 2018 Report Share Posted August 15, 2018 Been slacking for the last month or so. Gained 4 pounds over the west trip. Hit the gym for the first time in awhile tonight. It felt good to get muscles working hard again, and a good burn in the lungs. Probably gonna regret it tomorrow. I told myself after the big trip, I am getting serious about eating clean again. So this is what I did: 7am boot camp until 8 11 mile bike ride at 930am Hour walk at noon (2.7 miles) Mowed grass (1.4 miles) Total cal burn 1065 by 230pm. Good end to the week.
