The camera takes pretty sweet pictures,@ 3008x2000 Also shoots in raw format. I think i paid $595 for mine with bag, telephoto lens, and 2 learner dvd's. My wife got a nice close up of our boxer LOL! I am still reading the books and trying to figure out the settings on the camera. Here is one of mine I was trying the closeup settings.
