Where Can I Shoot For Free?

I just got a new Ruger LCP and I just want to put a few rounds through it, I can't afford to go to any ranges any ideas where I can pop a few rounds off around the Westerville area?

The State of Ohio has a few outdoor ranges. It does require a "Pass", that is available any place that sells hunting licenses.

The Pass does cost a few bucks and is valid for a year at any ODNR range, bow or gun range.

Yup, the state ranges are absurdly cheap.  It's like $20 for a year pass or $5 for a single session.  There's a range in Delaware.

Has anyone else been to the Dillon state range in Newark?  I've been there a dozen times over the last few years and love it.  The park page is at http://www.dnr.state.oh.us/dillon/tabid/730/Default.aspx but maybe someone has a more direct link.  It's not free, but it's dirt cheap and has something for everyone, i.e. pistol, 100' rifle, skeet, etc.
