Here's a copy of the craigslist ad The bike needs nothing asking $5000 obo. Will work with OR member on price. Hope she finds a good home. Selling my 2001 ZRX1200 R 12,000 miles on bike. Bike has been almost completely gone thru this year. Carbs professionally rebuilt and Ivan's jet and air box kit added as well as full stainless exhaust. Repainted pearl white and all blue on bike is powdercoated. Clutch and brake system rebuilt and stainless steel lines added, calipers also rebuilt. Racetech and Hagon suspension front and rear and fork brace. Custom made Sargent seat and sequential LED tail light added. New chain and tires this year. I've put about 3,000 miles on this year and can say the bike is solid and engine is very strong. Asking 5,000 OBO. No joy rides. Test ride with cash in hand.
  2. Looking to clear my garage a little, and there's no way I'm getting rid of the Ape. But the scooter is taking up valuable garage space. 50cc of Italian two stroke scootertastic joy. Oil injected, so no premixing is required. 50 mph, and 50 mpg. The gas tank holds a little under two gallons. Hate shifting gears? As a bonus, this has a CVT transmission... twist and go. $700.00.

    bike 14 Street Triple R

Spotless like new Street Triple 675R. 3000 miles. Completely stock with exception of mirrors, levers, windscreen and gel seat inserts. Those stock pieces come with it as well. Also have a lowering kit and adjustable kick stand not installed but included in sale. Dealer serviced and brand new battery and Dunlop Q4 tires. Suspension just set up by Ryan at 28. Needs absolutely nothing and not a scratch on it. Never been crashed or dropped. I’m the 2nd owner. I just don’t ride it as you can see by the miles and would rather have a pontoon boat. That being said, that is the only reason I’m selling and the only thing I’d be interested in trading for. Clean clear title in hand ready to go. Listed for $6000 elsewhere. $5200 to ORDN midget lovers.
  7. Buddy of mine got caught up in being married and kids and all that. I know he is anal about maintenance and everything being perfect. He will come down a bit on the price. It went down once due to not being able to keep up with me. It was minor, he just kinda slid into the ditch. Few scratches from that. https://cleveland.craigslist.org/mcy/d/2011-ducati-multistrada-1200s/6221108167.html

    bike 2013 Yamaha FJR1300

Yet another 2013 FJR goes on the block. Nothing wrong with the bike at all, I'm just hankering for another Honda V4. Inlines don't do it for me, I'm afraid. I've tried love that torque curve but I just prefer something less peaky. This bike makes me want to break all the laws. Priced to sell. Beautiful condition. If you've been thinking of an FJR, this can be your moment. https://www.cycletrader.com/listing/2013-Yamaha-FJ1300-5006722642

    Winter Bike Storage Kit

Winter is right around the corner and unfortunately for most of us in the US this means we'll have to put away our toys for hibernation. But what is actually involved in preparing a motorcycle for winter storage? Some people are okay with parking their bikes for the winter just as they left it after their last ride and while that may work for some of the warmer climates, it's not recommended for those of us in the frozen north. There seems to be a lot of confusion as to what is actually involved in getting a bike ready for winter storage with varying opinions from every rider. In this thread you'll find a general idea of what is required to get your bike through the winter and out on the other side as good as you left it. We're going to highlight some of the best winter prep products here, all of which are available from Riders Discount. If there is something you don't see here but want for your winterization needs, contact our expert sales staff by giving MIKE a call at 866.931.6644 ext. 804. Prefer email? No problem, send us a message through this forum with the products you're looking for or write to us at FORUM at RIDERSDISCOUNT dot COM, and we'll get back to you right away! So what are some of the key winter storage products available to prep your bike for the cold season? Stands to prevent your tires from flat spotting, anti-freeze for coolant, fuel stabilizer to prevent your gas from breaking down, fogging oil to prevent cylinder corrosion, battery tender to keep your battery fresh, and a bike cover to keep your bike warm. Just kidding, a bike cover will help keep your bike clean and partially dust free throughout winter. One thing not pictured are muffler and intake plugs to keep pests out, although a couple paper towels stuffed in your exhaust and intake should suffice. Street riders likely already have anti-freeze coolant but it never hurts to give your bike a good flush and refill every year. If you have ran any kind of track time this year, there's a good chance you don't have anti-freeze properties in your coolant and getting it changed out is a necessity. There are numerous options available for anti-freeze and we sell them all. Pictured here is Maxima Coolanol. Engine Ice is also common and available from Riders Discount as well. Fuel stabilizer is recommended if you plan on storing your bike for longer periods of time. Now, regarding batteries, if you have a lithium ion battery, remove it, bring it inside, and store it in a closet. These shouldn't need a charge, however if you think it may, go ahead and give us a call and we'll get one on the way for you. If you have an OE style acid battery, plug in the Battery Tender and leave it. That's it. You don't need to remove it from the bike if you don't want to. One last thing, a common misconception we've seen is to start your bike periodically through the off-season and get it up to temp. You can look at it from time to time but you really don't need to start it up. Just let it sit and fire it up come spring time. So what do you guys and gals do to get ready for winter? (Be prepared for California riders to post up a witty remark about them continuing to ride...)
