  1. Hey jermattak, nice Triple! Ride it much? Here's a couple of mine, no picts of my 550 'cause its taken apart right now...
  2. When I lived in Columbus the Polaris QSL bike night was better. BUT....the Cincy QSL thing is starting to get pretty good. I go when Im in town, and it is a pretty good mix of Hardlys and more practical machines... Usually the only Ducks I see are mine and a couple of my buddys though... We need more!
  3. I rode for a couple hours.....untill the girl called me with a flat tire, and I had to go deal with that... Cold tires + salt + a torquey DESMO engine = an instant supermoto style experience!
  4. A good afternoon ride is out 52 east to 756, then through Felicity to 505 south, left on 52, left on 221, right on 125, right on 68, left on North Pole Rd (there is a covered bridge out there!) and then rt on 41, wind up in Ripley, have a beer at Snapper's. Then go out to the Maysville Bridge and go on into KY, and ride KY10 back west and you will eventually wind up in Alexandria.
  5. I might be in Sarasota for work that weekend anyway.... Its only a 3 hour drive over there so if my work schedule works out.......IM IN!
  6. Oh yes, I ride the CB550 to Vintage Days at Mid-Ohio every year. It gets equal time like all my other toys!
  7. Hey whats up? I am in Mt. Washington.. I try to ride as much as possible, in fact I like to see how many weeks I can go without driving my truck in the summer...hehe. I am extremely busy with work but my friends and I try to at least hit Quaker Steak in Wednesdays in the summer... I know a LOT of great roads out east of town and the last few years I have started to get into riding some Kentucky roads.. PM me one of these days and if the weather ever gets any better we'll go burn it up!

  9. Hey all, thanks for the welcome. Everyone involved in aviation, good luck in your endevors. I am extremely lucky to wind up with the career path I am in and the oppertunities that have peresented themselves. Through work, I have gotten the chance to ride Arizona and Colorado extensivley, (sorry my spelling sux around midnight) but I will post pix whenever possible!
  10. Hey, welcome, actually, I just joined today haha! Anyway, Rebels arent that bad, Ive got one out in the garage that belonged to my ex (its for sale......anyone?) Anyway great to see more female riders these days. Just to make you proud, my sort of boss at work is a bad ass woman who is a 50 yr old captain on a corporate jet who rides trials and races enduros on the weekends. Later!
  11. Yea I hate West Chester. My Fiancee's folks live up there and all it is is new P&Gers and such who have relocated from other places and dont know where to live in Cincy. Geez, I went to a private school and didnt have that many problems with the rich kids there, but that was almost 15 years ago and high schoolers now are a WAY different breed, they are all raised with ZERO accountability and that lovely, everybody makes the team, feel good attitude.
  12. Myspace is a bit creepy. Im 30, so its been around for what 4 or 5 years and ive avoided signing up for it so far, and today isn't going to be the day if you know what I mean. On the other hand, i have seen some excellent arguments. My brother has a page and he's working on his PHd in military history, so he uses it as kind of a cool blog for his aquainteneces in his field.
  13. How'd ya guess?? Doesn't leave me with a whole lot of time to play but I am out in Arizona for a week right now and did rent a R1200GS the other day, for about 280 miles, 100 or so on dirt, so that was excellent!
  14. Just found this site and am glad to see something locally based... I live in Cincinnati and am close to nice southern Ohio and northern KY roads. Plus, Deals Gap is only 6 hours away!!! My winter project is that I have my SV all ripped apart and its getting a thorough 30,000 mile going over. Need to do a valve adjustment on the Duck soon, too. I generally hit QS&L in Milford on Wednesday nights in the summer, so hopefully Illl get a chance to meet some of you there. Later!
