Well I honestly don't know what type of a rider I am! I built "dirt bikes" I bought in bushel baskets and boxes as a kid. Rode motocross. Got into street bikes in the late 70s. The one thing I like about having different bikes is that you can ride most any day no matter what the weather is like. "Adventure" riders see more of the world than any other riders. Pavement gets boring, especially here in central/western Ohio.

49 and I love the age I am. My kids are grown and gone. I have a good job and money to do what I want!

This looks like fun. If I wasn't on call I would be all over it. If you see another event post it and if I am around would like to ride my KLR.

That was surreal dude! I couldn't see shit.. but at least I didn't get swamped by some cage coming the other way. Well my leather is now clean. Great time!

When on any of my bikes I where gear. Read the thread "Ninja Down", and he low sided. Nick and I have been friends for a few years now and glad he was wearing gear so he wasn't really messed up.

Nick! Freaked me out with the text message yesterday we were just heading out the door for dinner. Let me know if you need anything to get the bike right. Don't forget to add the cost of a new helmet in to that repair bill.

Another place to hang is at Kil-Kare. They have Two-Wheel Tuesdays every other week. I was out the a few weeks ago and met a few guys that were into trackdays all over the US. Also met a guy that is a Parts Unlimited Dealer along with his other business. Nick knows that I am into all kinds of bikes including vintage Kaws and Urals. Not much into the Harleys. If anyone wants to meet up one evening somewhere I am in and I don't really like riding the back roads after the sun goes down. We could also do a "wrenchfest" one weekend or Friday evening and have a cookout plus if anyone needs something done on their bikes the resident experts can help them out.

No SH*T... I didn't get the fact that you are a young lady!!! That's what I get for not staying current on the boards. Sorry for the slam Nick....what is the big deal with you and doing ANYTHING other than riding your bike...some people do have lives!!:lol:
