Biden's choice of VP will be very interesting. I wouldn't be surprised if would resign before the end of 4 years if he does get elected. I suspect his health will decline.
His health might decline VERY fast....ala Epstein!

I went to Costco this morning for "senior hour" 8:00AM to 9:00AM, felt guilty because you have to be 60 and I'm 62, probably look like 70 years but don't feel it. There was a huge amount of TP, I asked the manager if TP would be available later, he said the hoarders are gone. The war between the hoarders and the TP manufacturers seems to be over and the TP manufacturers won. The plants can make more than the hoarders can store in the homes. The hoarders put up a good fight, but the plants can run round the clock and require very little man power to operate. At least that's the story in CLE. BTW, Costco will not let you return the over bought TP.
The fight over TP is laughable. Many calling it a "necessity". How can something be a "necessity" that didn't even really exist 150 years ago?

Speaking of flat earthers, has anyone else noticed a hard swing in the uh.. nazi direction with them lately? Seems like a lot of their talking points have now become "the jews are behind it" "hitler tried to warn us" "hitler was misunderstood" "illuminati" "hitler found out about the giant ice wall, was able to escape and now has a giant nazi mega-fortress built under the wall, biding his time and is waiting to come save us from the jews"
It's kinda sad, I used to like flat earth as a conspiracy group because it was mostly harmless and witnessing the mental gymnastics every time one of their experiments failed was endlessly entertaining. They sure seem to buy a lot of faulty equipment. I hate it when I buy a $5,000 laser and the light bends and twirls all over the place instead of going in a straight line.
But, it IS flat! I saw it with my own eyes on the side of a BMW!

Wow, that's seems odd; I wonder why? Soap and water are still touted as being the most effective solution. My hands have become pretty raw over the last few weeks.

Hand-sanitizers with an alcohol content of at least 62% are considered effective by the CDC. Lysol is also approved as an effective surface disinfectant--this is what we use around our house. Parenthetically, DeWine and his team closed Ohio schools until May 1 this year during today's statehouse press briefing. I'm confident that this school year will effectively be over very soon.
FYI, My training has been that the ~70% alcohol solutions are more effective in killing microbes than the 100% alcohol. Just trying to help.!

Here is a story about a terribly tragic occurrence that happened recently in our country. Stupid people who don't follow experts' rules pay the ultimate price. Totally unavoidable deaths and needless exponential exposure of the virus to others.
This isn't much different than my employer telling me that I'm "essential" and must report to work.

Scroll to the bottom of the article for the organization's tax documents in PDF.
Again, partially funded by the Federal (and state/local) governments. Case dismissed.

from https://www.cpb.org/faq..
"CPB is a private nonprofit corporation that is fully funded by the federal government. Ninety-five percent of CPB's appropriation goes directly to local public media stations, content development, community services, and other local station and system needs."

Not all carriers show symptoms. This has been "not news" for some time.
Government makes shit up. This has been "not news" for some time.
We are attemtping to curb the unforeseen need of medical staff and supplies by not going outside to catch a virus we know little about. Have I incorrectly read an article stating China is seeing another increase in positive cases from those returning to China?
"Government makes shit up"...which is why i refuse to listen to NPR.
More importantly, How legit is it to ride a motorbike on public roads now? If i keep my panniers on, and look like i'm headed to the store, is that good? OTOH, I'm really afraid of being in an accident and being taken to a hospital, which is the last place I want to be right now. (God Bless the folks that work in them).

I can imagine insurance companies finding that appealing. Similar to when they were pushing to remove air bags from cars, because it was creating more injured people than dead people, thereby increasing their costs/claims.
