  1. Breakfast in Bremen and a little mild 150 Mi. of back road bonanza. Dust was at a minimum and only one flooded section of a township road. We stayed in the forest for the most part enjoying the overhead canopy and wet gravel. We kept a medium pace and no mishaps. Majority of the area covered WNF, Zaleski and Hocking/Perry county. Great time was had by all. Short clip of the roads.

  3. Oh No! Not a Dirt Bike. Will be waiting on your ass all day. You need 80+ bhp to do any real "Back Road Burning" yesterday was medium pace but hyper is balls out the best. That is of course if you want to ride/tame a big heavy 500lb.beast of a motorcycle that can kick your ass if not careful. Go for it Jay, You all ready have blue riding gear. and you just turned 30.I am sure you and the mrs. with luggage should pull 70mph in that 6th. gear on the WR. Get a chest protector because you will receive rocks and gravel as I slide by.
  4. Don't know what happen to JH's Video but here go's.
  5. I had a great time. You sure have the skills and ability to rock a ADV bike on multiple road surfaces. I hope to see one in your stable before the end of summer. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/stWeEfr8vdU" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe>
  6. One of my favorite auto sounds is that of the old Audi Grp. B rally car's running through the Black Forrest of Germany. I miss the 80's when I was stationed in Europe. Enjoy WRC was for Boy's, Group B was for Men.
  7. Ravenna is a long way from HH. has the snow melted yet? I do not get north of I70 very often but if you are down south give a shout. We are posting rides and events on AIO all year so keep an eye over here.http://advrider.com/index.php?threads/adventure-in-ohio.28732/

  10. Also another must do that's a little closer to Ohio is the Stolen Pig Rally. If you haven't road the Hatfield/McCoy are you are missing out. This is another balls out event. Something for all bikes. The (KAT) route go's thru this area. Both event have a lot of video's on the tube for review. http://www.therealmccoytrails.com/2018-stolen-pig-rally.html
  11. Not at all, There is great single track and off road tracks all over the foothills. Each morning the smell of Klotz and Castrol R burning from 2-stroks makes me feel "Like... Victory". Great people to ride with from all over. They have ride leaders and routes posted for group rides of different skill levels in the Command and Control Trailer each day. Also great Big Bike Adventure Routes that are laid out over NC. TN. GA. Forrest roads, Two Track and you know the curvy asphalt they have. All GPX track and Routes are available to download for free. This year was wet with snow at elevation and rain.It is March.
  12. Hi Jim, Since no big bikes planned on going and I have a 1000 mile ADV ride scheduled for late May I decided to get my L/shoulder operated on Mar 14th. I had some damage from changing my wife rear tire on the FKing Spyder last June. I had a full cuff tear and a Partial Biceps tear to fix plus the general old man maintenance of spurs and degenerative trash clean up. I am back to full range and almost no pain after day three. I have been to MMM three times and the weather was wet so I am now focused on my up coming ride. Riding south to Williamson, WV. and pick up the (KAT) south to Appalachia, VA. next going east to Damascus, VA. where we will pick up the (MABDR) Mid Atlantic Back-road Discovery Route North to Romney, WV. for a day at the Camp and ride event at Romney Cycle then return Home. Jim Did you pick up a NEW bike during the winter. So sorry no report/photo's from MMM B. WTB Glock G42 380

You and Todd are acting like strangers on the street at the used car lot down in the hood. working for the seller. The reason his guns are so clean is because all Marines do is clean their weapons and lift weights in the gym. while us Army Dogs are out kicking ass on the battlefield.
  16. Looking to purchase a G42 I have a G38 With CT laser grip to trade for a similar set up.

  18. Bubba, Nice video. I love riding down thru KY. I have completed the full KAT once and two Half KAT's. I have a custom suspension set up from "EPM" Hyperpro Shock and spring set for my weight and riding likes. The rear is 1" longer and my front run's a 30mm sag. 10W Fluid. Klaus from EPM did my stuff on my 04 DL1000 with wilbers shock and race tec springs. I am happy with the mods and the bike. I also run Mitas E-07 Dakar tires as my primary but go with the stock Battlewing when I do long asphalt trips with the wife.
  19. Great ride today. A little chilly at the start but turned out great. Gravel was very heavy and wet. Some slick rutted spots with clay but all in all great ADV conditions
  20. Very Nice Bike, Hope to see you out scratching the adventure back roads with us. I rented a dr650 down in Townsend, TN. and road the SM500 3day's had a blast.
  21. I have had the Symtec, Oxford and OEM heated grips and love them all, Cant do without. But the new heated seat is the bomb. As you can see with out the heat my body core temp fall to the "freezing my ass off" with a serious turtle situation. When you have a heated seat things become normal. Without Heat: With Heated Seat:
  22. Justin, Thank you for the info. You are right. there are many nice new trailers out on the market just looking for a used one for her to try it out on our trip out west. My bad. I should have stated Looking for a USED small M/C pull behind trailer.
