Ok, 2 organs removed in 5 months. I am 4 months post Op. 295x2 dead lift 145x3 bench press Started linking toes to bar again this week and rope climbs are almost back. I do not recommend losing organs to lose weight. It works, but not worth it.

Hit 315 deadlift. 5.5 months after losing my kidney. Now to start over again. Can't lift of squat for 2 weeks (hysterectomy), then super slow to.get it back.
