  1. Thanks Jay! I'm in Johnstown so I'll be visiting there soon with a few cans By the way, guys, the pumps down South all have the Federal stickers about Ethanol. They just had big signs out front saying there was none in the gas.
  2. Been thinking about building one.... still need to figure out how to pay for it.
  3. He keeps circumventing congress and the constitution with these Executive Orders, why haven't they impeached the SOB yet?
  4. Wish I had some wall space.... might have to look at the walls again....
  5. Just got back from a family vacation to Florida and the further South I went the more often I saw gas stations with signs saying "No Ethanol in Our Gas" I stopped and filled up my truck with the real, pure gas and I couldn't believe how much better it ran. Went from 19mpg to 22mpg on that tank full too. I'm wondering how much better my bike would run on some pure gasoline, but can't seem to find it locally.... anybody know of a station that has it? Thanks Bob
  6. I'd sue everyone involved individually and collectively. Get a GOOD lawyer and ask for the moon! Doesn't really matter what they find, they didn't have an accurate warrant so it would be inasmissable I'm thinking
  7. Don't tint my windows except for what the factory installs, but restrictions on it are really BS. If they are worried about safety they should've picked a different job. Telling us we have to be visible to the world is a violation of our own privacy....
  8. Too much stuff I want.... I love to just look at all the stuff and think about how to fit it all on my bike
  9. I ride a bike with a salvage title all the time. I've fixed up a couple. It's like anything else, you just have to buy it right to make it worthwhile...

www.gunlistings.org is a site that is kinda like the craigslist for guns. You can sort it by state, gun type and there is an option to show only private sellers or only dealers. All the postings have to have a city, so it's fairly easy to find something local.
  12. I appreciate the feedback. Having grown up around my dads garage and body shop there isn't much I would consider un-salvageable, but until recently I hadn't ever rebuilt a bike, just cars. I'm astonished at how little damage can "total" a bike.
  13. It's a cruiser. Rebuilt and looks better than new with a better than average paint job. I'm happy with the one I'm rebuilding because I couldn't afford the bike if I had to pay retail for it, but on the one I've come up with now, I'm just wondering if I could fix it and sell it for a profit...
  14. I'd negotiate to buy it back and fix it if you've got the time and patience. If they sell it off as salvage it'll bring a lot less. Then you can either fix it or strip it for parts for a replacement bike...
  15. Hey all, I'm a newer rider up in the Powell, Ohio area (N side of Columbus) and I've got a question for everyone. How does having a salvage title affect a bikes value once it's been fixed? I'm currently working on one project bike as a keeper, but now have the opportunity to pick up another one... any thoughts would be welcome...
