  1. Another vote for this. Suspension ideas here: http://www.revzilla.com/common-tread/yamaha-fz-09-improving-the-suspension?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=boosted-post&utm_content=stream&utm_term=yamaha-fz-09-improving
  2. Thanks again to every one who came out and supported the ride, the volunteers like you are a huge part of what makes this ride so special. Cheers!

  4. This what? There are several parts for sale.
  5. Cheers Tim, glad I could help connect you guys
  6. Oh, so you're not illiterate, just lazy. Good to know. There's no sand here, just find it interesting that apparently no one reads the entire post before responding.
  7. There's this amazing thing called his email address at the bottom of the post. If you send it a message, you'll get a response to any and all of your questions, almost as if by magic! I don't know shit about the parts, and I'm not running middleman, just trying help connect a friend with some folks in need.
  8. A friend of mine is moving and and trying to get rid of some clutter in the process so is putting some leftover goods up for sale. He'd rather sell them than trash them, so I figured I'd throw them up here in case anyone has a use for this stuff and wants it cheap. His description: For sale: Prices are low so these find a good home before I move. Motion Pro Syncpro Carburetor Tuner: $20. Works but could use the fluid being topped of. MSRP $103 http://www.motionpro.com/motorcycle/partno/08-0411/ Motion Pro pilot screw adjuster: $10. Never opened. MSRP $26 http://www.motionpro.com/motorcycle/partno/08-0119/ Honda CBR F3 carbs. $10. Disassembled but should have everything (Floats, needles, bodies, jets,.....) Jets and needles are from an after market kit. If there is a particular piece of interest I will make sure it is in there. Honda CBR F3 K&N air filter and new 12.25oz can of K&N spray filter oil. $5 Honda exhaust pipe gaskets. $5 for 4. Never opened. Honda part # 18291-MV9-000. Fits multiple Honda bikes between 1991 and 2015. He mentioned if anyone is interested they can email him at Andrew.sauerbeck@osumc.edu and pick up the parts in Grandview Heights. Hopefully someone can get good use out of this stuff

  10. People are nuts, stay safe out there:
  11. Feel free to ask away, this will be my 5th time riding, so I feel like I've got a decent handle on it lol. The biking part is easy, especially with all of the support. Of all the organized bike rides I've done there is not a one that comes close to the level of support and organization as Pelotonia. It really is something special.
  12. I fortunately have yet to require the support of any of you fine folks, but it sure is nice to know that should something happen several moto supports are everywhere along the route. It's easier to share a lane with you guys than the shop vans. If I could ever stop pedaling in this event I'd love to join you guys, your service is greatly appreciated by all of the riders.

    Body Blocks

He's suggesting that these be used in addition to jack stands. Read first post. Jack up car, lower onto jack stands, put wood blocks in place. While I usually leave the jack in place to act as a secondary form of support even after lowering the vehicle onto stands, a jack is not meant to catch/support a falling vehicle, so I can see his point. Did either of you try actually reading his post? After the image?
