  1. You're still in your 20's so you'll lose really fast if you stick to your routine. There's definitely some progress showing already.
  2. Yep. It's usually the 2nd day after for me though. Day 1: work muscle group that has been neglected Day 2: that wasn't so bad. Day 3: please kill me The best is when you haven't lost anything at all and people say how much thinner you look since last time they saw you. :|
  3. good for your mental health but your bank account is bleeding so much it's been blamed for last year's ebola outbreak? don't ask me how I know.
  4. Who's going to be acting DP for this shindig? Derek? Doc? I'm guessing most of the group will be in Novice because of the 2 trackday rule so we may need a couple photographers split between the groups. P.S. Director of Photography. Not the other DP.
  5. There probably is, the lowers are kinda messy. I'll take them in and see what they say, if it's more than $200 to fix them I'll probably just get new lowers and rattle can them.
  6. Intermediate/advanced also requires a back protector as well I believe.
  7. Finally got your lift? Awesome.
  8. I'll check out some of those shops then, thanks.
  9. Get to work on some AIM stuff next week. Hopefully it goes well, need them all access badges
  10. Does anyone know of any shops or does anybody on this board around the Columbus area do fiberglass repair? I'd like to get my track fairings sorted out and possibly repainted this winter and the only places I can seem to find around town are marine dealerships. I'm pretty sure the fairings are sharkskinz, if that matters. I know they use some special blend of wholesome non GMO gluten-free organic materials. The main problem areas are a couple cracks/punctures from I'm guessing some mid-corner uh oh's, and the exhaust area is getting kinda melty. The bottom bracket that secures the lowers to the bike was also torn out, so the hole would need to be re-formed. Thanks!

  12. May be the most 'murica shotgun I've ever seen. Coating looks good.
  13. yes, but did you see the fall colors?
  14. welcome to tea & crumpets club.
  15. You missed all kinds of 16 this fall, Paul :<
  16. His SV has the same ergos as my street triple, it might even been a bit more upright.
  17. I'm not doing the carb thing so much, just calorie. Although the sandwiches are the only carbs I eat during the day. I wasn't sure if I would lose while eating it or not since it's so sugary but so far weight has been dropping off fast. I did decide on honey instead of preserves to cut down on any extra sugars. Lunch has been a salad with a hard boiled egg, some baked vegetables and some sort of meat on top. Water, tea or coffee is all I drink. I've found diet soda is pretty terrible for weight loss as it causes me to retain water like crazy. I should note this has been my normal routine over the last 2 years that let me drop 100lbs in the first place. I got off track over the summer/fall a bit but I'll be back to where I was by the end of next week. I was eating terribly through November... pizza every weekend, chicken fingers and dip, bags of potato chips, etc etc. Surprised I gained as little as I did to be honest. Got it out of my system I guess and am now back in gear to be down another 40-50lbs by the time the cold weather goes away.
  18. down 7lbs since last post. Salad for lunch and peanut butter + honey sandwich (2) for dinner for a week works wonders. Going to see how long I can do this routine before I can't stand the sight of peanuts anymore.
  19. @Isaac's Papa or @Tonik can close this thread, picked up a set. <3
  20. It's anywhere between 7 and 20 minute commute for me depending on how the traffic light roulette goes. I'd be willing to commute up to 30 minutes each way if I could find a decent property with a garage. For big bucks, I'd just move to be within 30 minutes. The benefit of not having kids, a spouse, or owning property I suppose.
  21. yeah, hell of a time of year to start up a motovlog, heh.
  22. To be fair, it would be tough for Dan to haul a pool table around South America.
  23. Howdy Was going to ask what part but some minor cyber sleuthing tells me Westerville area. Thanks random intersection road signs
  24. Hah, thanks. I'm actually surprised at the lack of wind noise in my videos. Im pretty sure the chest mount is at just the right height to sit behind the tiny safe-zone my fly screen creates with slow moving air.
