  1. yes, I agree, in a land of harleys and squids, there's nary a Bemer in sight. Anyone headed to RA rally in Colorado in June? Cant possibly suck as bad as the MOA in Pa last summer. I cant believe I paid to suffer...
  2. 2 dirt bikes (KLX, DR125), two street bikes (Versys, TDM), and a Kendon trailer... yeah, like a Barbie Doll with accessories..... I like adventure touring type rides with interesting destinations that excludes chain restaurants, slabbing (unless to avoid snarly traffic), poker runs, or testosterone contests. Looking for other dual sport/tourer types who are female or male (without jealous wife or gf) for trips long and short out of the greater Cleveland area. ATGATT ONLY!!!! This means I do NOT ride with unhelmeted unprotected riders, ever.
  3. Just got done playing on the roads between Zanesville and Athens... A really cool stop is the Stockport Mill Inn. Its a real old mill thats been converted to an inn with reasonably priced rooms. Not far from Burr Oak Lodge, but a hell of a lot nicer, and only a little more expensive. Every room has a balcony overlooking the rushing water, and a river view. The interior has all the old wood beams intact, and a lot of the historic mill machinery is still there, too. It has the funky cool feel of yesteryear, dependable internet, but irritatingly, no ATT phone service. There is an in house restaurant, but thats only open Fri and weekends. You must bring your own beer/wine. Its not unlike sleeping directly over a waterfall. If you are riding with your honey, she'll love it...I did:)
