Everyone, A few folks know I was laid off from my job as an IT Admin in 2011. Shortly after, I accepted a service desk position at Greif in Delaware where I've been until now. I recently accepted a new position which more closely reflects the work I did previously, making my level I service desk position available. Candidates should have some previous enterprise IT experience, customer service skills, and discipline to succeed; this position is the sole technical contact for 2,000 users in 80 manufacturing facilities throughout North America. The position works with level II support, a global service desk in the Philippines, and other technical teams to work tickets.
