  1. Everyone, A few folks know I was laid off from my job as an IT Admin in 2011. Shortly after, I accepted a service desk position at Greif in Delaware where I've been until now. I recently accepted a new position which more closely reflects the work I did previously, making my level I service desk position available. Candidates should have some previous enterprise IT experience, customer service skills, and discipline to succeed; this position is the sole technical contact for 2,000 users in 80 manufacturing facilities throughout North America. The position works with level II support, a global service desk in the Philippines, and other technical teams to work tickets. The company will likely start the candidate on a 6-12 month contract for $14-16/hr, then be hired on for $19-21/hr. Link to jobsite If there are any questions, feel free to drop a PM!
  2. Nah no money; I was shooting for the AMA and they'll post up a gallery. I can email yours out before then; just pm me the addy!
  3. Definitely lots of fun to be had! Here's one taken with a telephoto lens, and another with a wide angle lens and flash. No Photoshopping/processing; only resizing.
  4. I'll be in I on Tuesday on a white but mostly gray GSXR and also scootering-about on the Zuma between sessions. Make sure you say hey!
  5. Here it is; once slowed down to half speed the oil vortex really becomes apparent: http://youtu.be/qV6lOsmx_wo
  6. If the weather holds I'll be in intermediate on Tuesday!
  7. Interested! I likely won't be able to meet up with folks on the weekend without giving work 2-3 weeks notice first
  8. That was me; I'll get the video edited and uploaded. I've never seen a transparent clutch cover in action before; totally crazy. Who made it?
  9. The result of this was both comical and underwhelming:
  10. I'll be there pretty early with a Zuma scoot; I have a booked day as well. I won the dyno raffle last year! That was huge for me. Thanks again Brian, the GSXR is still running fantastic! See you tomorrow!
  11. I concur; the GPX Pro is a little pricey for trackday use unless its fully setup and taken advantage of. Its really targeted for the amateur racer; in fact a few WERA racers had some input into its design. Harry's LapTimer Pro and a good external GPS receiver like the others mentioned is pretty trick! Its not super accurate but still a nice inexpensive setup. I'll be giving that a try this season with the iPhone. However.. the GPX Pro can give you data to make the really cool videos redkow mentioned. Here's a screenshot of me:
  12. Yes! I left work early to drive up and see it with my dad. I wanted to get my picture taken with Adam and Jamie so bad but never had the chance.. I love the crap out of their show and appreciate what they do to get people interested in science. Its great stuff. Jamie has a big interest in motorcycles and pilots an EBR Buell as shown in one episode and I read on the WERA forums that he went out to a roadrace and spent some time with a guy racing an EBR Buell himself. That's just awesome.
  13. That was you? The database administrator with the dapper British accent? Nice work! That was a great show!
