Thanks to everyone. I really hope we all stay safe riding. I found out monday that one of her friends was hit and run on the way home from her showing Thursday! and the driver left the scene. His bike landed on him crushing him. My friend died from the car crushing her leg and she bled out. Nothing either of them would have lived through having a helmet on. I believe in them, dont get me wrong but its not the problem. The drivers just are too busy doing other things than driving, or they are under an influence or tired etc. This has been so shocking. I didnt get to ride this weekend but I was out getting plants etc and so many bikes out and I worry for all of them. Its crazy!

When I joined I mentioned taking the class last weekend in cleveland. We rode 6 hours in the pouring rain on saturday...I"M NOT scared of the rain any more! And Sunday 6 hours in the 95degree blazing heat on the asphault BUT I nearly scored 100%. Forgot to downshift 2nd to 1st in the emergency stop! damn:cool: So after 10 years...I'm finally M endorsed!

I don't care what your husband says about you... you seem alright ah but he thinks I f*in rock, on my bike, on... wouldn't let me buy a little 600 second time around so I can keep up with him. I don't look much like a bike rider for sure... LOL! he just got hit on by a 22 something that wants him to take her for a ride... girls got guts asking for that and not thinking he'll want something in return!
