  1. Bonus points for Yoshimura. I called their CS line needing some exhaust springs for a second hand system I purchased. Even though I explained my situation they still sent them to me free of charge.
  2. Agreed, all of his videos are hilarious.
  3. I had a blast on the Spring ride. Sign me up for the medium or medium fast group (depending on bike count).
  4. I have a gen 1 and a gen 2. I pay less than $650 per year full coverage for both of them. Getting older has it's privileges.
  5. The only time I don't like mine is when I see some douche with a slammed, stretched, 330 tired monstrosity ride around with a helmet tied to the back. Don't want to get lumped in with those hosers.
  6. There must have been more than 200 cars and bikes total. The police shut down every entrance on 270 the entire way around. I never saw a stray car on the route. Every time we reached a major "intersection", everything became bottlenecked and the pace slowed to a crawl.
  7. It wasn't all bad. The weather was nice, and we got to see a lady get off the back of a bike on the side of 270 then fall flat on her face.
  8. So, Cdubyah, BanditJ13 and myself are able to cross this off the bucket list. We may have hit 54mph once. To quote Cdub after we peeled off to get some foods, "If I suggest this next year, kick me in the nuts"
  9. I was on the Orange Busa. Yeah, you could say I'm the ultimate lurker. Hope to start changing that.
  10. I had a great time, and can't believe I have talked myself out of going the last two years. The ride itself was fantastic having never ridden down there before. It was also a good barometer of how well my PT is going on my knees (I need to do more). Hopefully I will work myself into better shape for the next go around.
  11. Looks like a beautiful day for this, I'm down.
  12. Easiest 47 hp you'll ever get. Damn your bike is loud. My ears are still ringing.
  13. I recently added full exhaust to my bike. Once again, Brian went out of his way to get me in the very next day. Not only did it make great power, but it rides like stock. Bike is a 2008 Busa with a Yosh R-77 and a PC V.
  14. Might as well rectify that problem right meow. 5-6 years on the same battery is asking for trouble at some point.
  15. Keeping everyone on their toes..... At least I got the motorcycle part right.
  16. Thanks for the quick responses. I just checked my aftermarket lever and it must have been bumped to the lowest setting and not letting the clutch switch engage. All is right in with the world again. You guys rule.
  17. No offense taken. Sometimes these minute details are often overlooked. Alas, this is not the case. I keep it on a trickle charger if it sits longer than a few days (and all through the winter)
  18. I am hoping you all can point me in the right direction. After a spirited weekend of riding, I put it away to rest. This afternoon it won't start. Key on (pump cycles), clutch in, press starter button and nothing. It doesn't engage the starter. Can you help with trouble shooting? I haven't checked the battery voltage but I will most likely pick up a new battery as I think this one is the original. The bike is my 2008 Hayabusa. Thanks in advance.
  19. Great time today, thanks Hutch for showing us around.
  20. Another noob here. I think I will join as well. The weather will be to nice to pass up. I will meet up with the others at IP at 1:00.
  21. I figured it was about time to finally make an intro. My name is Darren and I have lived in central Ohio for about 13 years. I am currently in Delaware. My current stable includes both an 08 and 06 Hayabusa. The gen 2 I bought in April on 2010, and the gen 1 I inherited from my father who passed recently. I drove all the way out to San Diego to pick it up a year ago. My father was a neat guy. Probably the only person to trade a Goldwing for a Busa at the age of 60. I hope to make some of the meets and rides later this year and am praying for a quick end to winter.
