They are doing job fairs here out the wazoo for people to work in the gas and oil industry. There are oil companies here from all over the US for the Utica shale deposit. They are leasing land as fast as they can. My daughters boyfriend just got a job as a trainee on a construction crew making $24/hour, all travel, hotel, meals paid. 401k, medical/dental......
