  2. When Isaac was about 9 years old, he fit into a women's xs jacket. He wore a xs helmet. I found a deal on a Fieldsheer jacket at Iron Pony in the clearance section.

  6. I bought a helmet for my girls initially, and it still fits. It is a basic black full face helmet that I picked up on clearance locally. We had Atv gloves laying around they wore at first. A year or so later I found a Speed & Strength riding shirt that was kind of a flop and didn’t sell well, so I got it for next to nothing. I’ve always made them wear jeans and a pair of hi-tops tennis shoes at least. Before Tory and I took our trip to The Tail I bought her a pair of good gloves. I treated it no different than getting gear for myself. I accumulated things over time. If you shop clearance on websites like Rocky Mountain and Bike Bandit you can get some great gear at super prices. Checkout Iron Pony as well.

  7. I tried to figure this out for the grandkids. I had no luck. Hope it goes better for you. That said, your helmet is of no use for them, and probably would make it worse. Their heads will bounce and take multiple impacts. At that low a speed their bicycle helmets may be a better choice.

  13. Ah! Vintage electrical issues. A common problem from the era is the coil wires. The copper is green under the insulation and has more resistance than it should. When you have 2 ohms of resistance in the coils themselves an extra ohm or two will give all kinds of strange issues. Won't idle, breaks up at high rev's, stalls, sputters, etc. The plugs will be the giveaway, dark, sooty even wet, depending on when you check them. They should be a nice brown/gray at the tips. Hope this helps.

  14. Once you have the CT link up I will try to point it to some folks here, the bikes too good to sit under a cover. Wish @TimTheAzn could get this as a street ride, but then again I don’t care anymore since I can’t ride with him on streets 😑 I will see Timmy and jester at VIR or ncbike 👍
