  1. I haven't open carried in a long time (20 years) but just because I don't chose to do it doesn't make it wrong. If more people chose to open carry on a regular basis maybe the little snowflakes wouldn't freak out every time that they see a pistol.

  3. On that bike either a stator, or the wiring harness/ connections to the regulator. They are kinda famous for both of this issues. But a meter on it while at idle, reved up and whole starting will tell a lot.

  4. I should load this monster and open carry it just to annoy the libs. You can't complain about it being some modern low drag scary high capacity baby killer. It would be safer as well because your average thug won't have a clue how to use it. 😂

  6. Passions come and go, Nivin. Lots of members went full track, which is actually a very good thing. I respect the track-only mindset, but it isn't my mindset. I like riding on a race track, but I just like the simplicity of street riding so much more. Maybe one day that will change, but I think I am in this street bike thing for the long haul.

  7. I have been cutting my portions down quite a bit. What I realized was I eat far more food than necessary to function efficiently. I am driving my car or sitting in an airport more than I do actual work, so the pounds started piling on this year. I do a lot of walking, though and the stairs I climb are plenty. An Amazon fullfillment center is 800,000 square feet and 4 levels high. I do a lot of walking in a 5-pt harness w/ a double lanyard bungee, wearing a backpack of paperwork and supplies while dragging a 50 lb flight case behind me..and up the stairs.. and down the stairs.. and up the stairs.. and down the stairs. However, even with the relaxed portions (which is probably what normal people eat), I find enough energy to do my job and not be exhausted at the end of the day. I know that seems obvious, but the amount I over eat was suprising. There is no reason on the planet to sit down and eat an entire buffalo chicken pizza from Gioninos, you disgusting fat sack of fuck. Get a hold of yourself. You know you're going to feel like shit for this. Tomorrow morning will be fun after that first cup of coffee....you lizard-brained idiot. Get a grip, man.

  10. And another thing, what have any of you done to protect or expand our gun rights. And no, whining on the internet does not count. I on the other hand have shown up at a park in Cleveland Heights with a few hundred other peeps with our weapons when the city tried to ban guns in the parks. Then we kicked in a couple of hundred each to sue their asses. We won, and got our money back. Then we used it to sue Cleveland when they passed a gun registry law and some other stupid shit. Won and got our money back. Then we hit Oberlin. Same result. You 's are welcome. And I will call my permit what ever the fuck I want. Eventually all the people like me are going to get old and die. And you all will be here whining about stuff and not making a difference about a god damn thing.

  11. Ok. I have had just about enough if this shit. It is a CHL.... not a CCW.

  12. One other very important point. There is no such thing as open carry in a car or on a motorcycle. If it is loaded and you are on or in a vehicle you better have your CCW.

  14. He was stocking the freezer and he noticed my gun and approached me. He was the lead stock clerk in stock clerk clothing. I asked if he had a manager and he told me he was the MIC at the time. I even helped an old woman reach some baking goods on a top shelf and she never squirmed or mentioned my giant black pistol as she thanked me for coming to her aid.

  15. I agree. Totally reasonable stance. That doesn't mean OC invites trouble. I used to OC quite a bit. The only time I got any heat from it was at a Giant Eagle, where the MIC decided to accost me in frozen foods. He basically told me to leave my cart of groceries and never come back. I obliged, but made a call to corporate. They responded with apologies and let me know their company policy is to mimic local law and their manager would be retrained on how to properly address that kind of situation in the future. So, in my case, open carry actually created an opportunity to educate a raging moron on how to leave law-abiding citizens alone when carrying a firearm. The truth is there is no perfect, ideal way to carry a gun within a free society...except within the limitations of the laws in place. I will never put blame on someone following the law. If you don't prefer OC, then don't OC. It is that simple. That was the only time OC ever brought a disruption to my life and it ended with me being apologized to. So, in my own personal experiences, open carry didn't create a shit storm. It created a forum for discussion and civility. Most of the time, nobody noticed my gun.

  16. All you little dick fuckheads shouldn't be carrying guns anyway they aren't safe, think of the children. What are you compensating for anyway, bunch of sissies.

  17. I do not OC, but I disagree with the notion that invites trouble from bad elements. When gun owners start nit-picking each other for their preferred method of carry, we are divided and thus more vulnerable. Nobody should be discouraging fellow citizens from carrying in their preferred legal manner. The OC scary gun talk is tiresome and unfounded. There is not sufficient evidence that supports the claims of those that oppose it. You don't like open carry? Cool, but that doesn't mean you are correct about it.

  18. I open carry frequently because I don't have to beg the government for permission to do so in the state of Ohio. Thanks to US v DeBerry, Brown v Texas, Terry v Ohio and Hiibel v Sixth District, I can do so legally. I'm one of those people that don't want to give the government any more info on me than I absolutely have to. You have a CCW, then they know you have firearms. And when the mandatory buy-backs or red flag laws get enacted, you'll be relieved of your firearms "for your own protection". I don't think a gun on my hip or leg makes me look bad ass, but it certainly would make any criminals know they risk being shot if they accost me. I have a business where I deal in a lot of cash and I'm in very isolated places with complete strangers. I keep my distance and have excellent situational awareness. You don't have to agree with me, but I won't call you an attention whore or a coward either for your dissent. EDIT FOR THOSE THAT DON'T KNOW: U.S. v. DeBerry = mere lawful carrying of a firearm does not constitute Reasonable Suspicion of a crime (emphasis added). Brown v. Texas = no requirement to show ID where no Reasonable Suspicion(specific and articulable facts) of a crime is evident. Terry v. Ohio = Illegal to detain an individual without Reasonable Suspicion(specific and articulable facts) that a crime has been committed. Hiibel v. Sixth District = no requirement to show ID in a "Stop and ID" state where no Reasonable Suspicion(specific and articulable facts) of a crime is evident.
