  1. Well...I'm finally jumping in on the bandwagon. after saying for so long that I need to lose weight..yadda yadda yadda. As of Jan 29th, I have been meeting with both a nutritionist and a personal trainer. Been going to the trainer 2x a week and still trying to go to the gym to lift weights when I can. Ive cut out all pop and even my beloved sweet tea in exchange for water. I didn't like seeing that scale over 300# and with my episode this past summer, I HAVE to do this. Next Tuesday is my 1st month follow since having the Body Composition tested and hoping for some good results.

  2. Diet change since January got me off the plateau. Weighed in at 238 this morning putting me exactly 70 pounds down. Stronger than ever, and keep getting better. Keep up the good work everyone 💪

  3. Not much progress for me. New job has really put a damper on my gym routine, but I walk ALOT more now compared to my last job. Still floating between 210-215. I need to buckle down and get down to my 200 goal.

  10. Because science. We’ve all felt it before: this uncontrollable need to smile, breathing in the air of freedom, feeling the interior peace and weightlessness that comes with being on the road and sharing a moment alone with yourself to the sound of a mix of exhaust note and wind. This might all sound a little sappy and over-poeticized, but you know exactly the feeling I’m describing and als know that very little can compare. Apparently, it’s not just a “feeling”—riding actually is good for us. Article link is here Who knew?
