  1. They'll wait until it looks like it will be sprinkling rain then cancel it but most will ride it anyway.

  3. Im always leaving the key in my panniers because of convenience. What isn't convienent is when I kick it and bend it sideways. So today I fix all that for $7 and some stuff I already had. Stopped at a local hardware store and had 3 keys made for $7. Found 3 oil caps in the trash and some epoxy in the tool box and a can of plastidip. Why 3 you ask? Incase i fucked one up and or lost one later Before.... Durring.... after....

  4. The racing was pretty good. Moto America race was awesome in the rain. The MotoGP race was a lot better in person than what they showed on TV. BEIN Sports missed quite a few passes and attempts to pass. After the race we rode from the track to my friends house in Artesia, NM. There were a ton of deer but luckily they didn't give us any issues. Monday morning I woke up and finished the 420 miles home. I got to ride across white sands missile range which was pretty cool. For the trip I was just shy of 2,200 miles and almost have 3,000 miles on the bike. The dealership was shocked when I brought the rear tire in and told them I already wore it out. Next up I'm installing a sprint air filter and getting the bike flashed+tuned. I'm hoping to get around 220rwhp when it's done. Then I need to start planning my next long trip because this one was a blast. I'm thinking of doing a Rocky Mountain ride, a Gulf Coast ride or a West coast ride for my next journey.

  5. While we’re on the subject of keys. I called IP to make a service appointment to get new keys programmed. They said no appointments just bring it up it’s a quick job. So I slab for an hour to get it done today and they couldn’t really squeeze it in.

  6. I left the big fender on mine. Learned that lesson when I did a fender eliminator on my Grom and rode in the rain. Looked like I shit myself while hanging upside down.

  7. F' em. If they were silly enough to do that they deserve to get wet.

  8. Perhaps they don't want people with fender eliminators to get wet if it happens to rain??? lol

  9. Lol at people worried about getting dirty in the rain.... If you're already riding in the rain, what's a little more water and dirt? You're already going to be soaked. I've ridden through monsoons in my bike and never thought at the end, "Oh man, wish I hadn't got dirty." because I'm soaked and dirty regardless.... This all feels like elaborate trolling lol

  10. If you need to ride through a puddle to find out if it is better or worse maybe you should consider advice from other people more often. Here is some; don't ride through a puddle with no fender, you will get soaked. HTH

  12. Fuck you old man, it's a cosmetic mod, riding the bike for a year isnt going to change anything about what I base the decision on. Just ordered the full slider combo from t rex. Frame sliders, bar ends, axle sliders, case savers and lift spools.
