  1. Got out yesterday for 470 miles with my daughter. We ran 164-9-22-800-145-260-26 into Marietta for lunch. On the return trip we ran 26-78-7-170. We were gone for 9 hrs and both had a blast. It's definitely more work and a little more uncomfortable with her on the bike, but awesome to spend that kind of time with her. It's fun to hear her change what her favorite road is after each stop. Her favorite started as 164 then it was 800 then 145. I know she enjoyed blasting up 26 on the return trip as well. I think we're ready for our trip to Deal's Gap.

  5. The truth is, even if the gap was closed I wouldn't really care. I didn't ride it once last spring. More time to spend on all the other great roads and maybe find some new ones.

  8. Up for grabs is one jar of my famous Apple Pie Moonshine. Just finishing up a new batch for the gap trip. The contest is simple. Whoever insults @Casper the best in this thread wins!! 1. You must be going to the Gap trip so I can deliver it. Or be reasonably local to Cleveland. 2. You may insult/enter as many times as you wish. 3. You must 'tag' Casper in your insult. For example:. @Casper is so slow even Harleys pass him. 4. Casper is not eligible to win. Winner will be announced shortly before the Gap trip.

  11. I don't think you understand the rules of the contest. You have to insult Casper, not Harleys.

  14. From Fontana, across the dragon. Hang a right on Foothills Pkwy (epic). Take that to 321 in Towsend go right on 321. Then right on Lamar Alexander Parkway which turns into Townsend Entrance Rd. Left on Little River Gorge Rd (epic) to 421. Right over the mountain (epic if no traffic) then left on BRP just before Cherokee. I call this Tonik Route #2

  19. The worst part about the Gap being closed would be getting to Fontana Village. You'd have to go around, and that can suck.

  22. This is a great ride for anyone with a ADV bike that wants to see the Hocking Hills area from a new perspective and try out some great scenic back roads. Hocking Valley Motorcycle Club, the Spring Adventure Ride is scheduled for June 4th, 2017. Gates open at 9:00am and the ride starts at 10:00am. The address is 13121 Jake Tom Rd in Logan, OH 43185. From US route 33 take the exit for OH328 North and follow the arrows. The course is about 125 miles and the $35 cost includes lunch. The ride will be a mix of dirt, gravel and blacktop roads. Knobby tires are not required and the route is big-bike friendly. This is an AMA sanctioned and insured event but AMA membership is not required. I do breakfast before at Hocking Hills diner just off the 33/328 exit. on the way to the site at 0830.

  24. One day for sure, Only if we meet in person with large card and memory stick etc. files are so big due to continuous recording. Nothing online will work. As soon as I chop and reprocess in my raggedy pc it looses quality. Still decent enough If you choose highest YouTube setting.

  27. First time down to Powerline Park in Saint Clairesville, OH. What a blast. 1,000 acres of muddy trail riding and drunken festivities. I didn't take my phone with me while riding so the only pictures i have are of camp. On a good weekend, i'm told they get 5-7,000 people. It was packed this time and was told it wasn't actually that bad; all the rain must of kept people away. There was dirtbikes, 4-wheelers, side by sides, jeeps, trucks with 4ft tires, deuce and halfs, really any and everything. We went down Friday morning and rode all day before a lot of the crowd got there. Saturday was a little bit more busy but we stayed off the main trails and didn't really get stuck behind too many people. We had a few people get stuck throughout. One guy had to leave his side by side overnight; it was 2AM and raining like a mofo. Could stand on the hill it was so slick. The main pond/drag was packed from 7PM till 4AM. I found it to get boring pretty quick though, i'd rather be out riding than standing around a bunch of drunken douchebags. I lost count how many vehicles were broken down and left on the trails or being towed out. Overall it was one of the most fun things i've ever done. I really want to get a side by side now but i have no where to store it or the trailer needed for it. I can't make it to this years labor day weekend but plan on going back next year.

  32. Ok, I am ready. On the left is Apple Pie and on the right is a Rye and George Washington's recipe for whiskey. That is interesting, it smells horrendous because it has hops in it but it is really good.
