Been a tough 9 days My wife has been in the Cleveland Clinic for the last 9 days. She had to have a valve replaced in her heart that was defective since she was born we only found out about this 3 months ago Luckily she walked 5 miles every day so everything was strong and working right except for the valve We also lucked out and had the top surgeon in the world do her surgery. They had her up and walking 2 days after the surgery and sent home 6 days later she is home now doing great.

You'd think so...I've had several solar charger things like that and not one of them has been worth a crap at charging from the sun. Takes forever. I don't think solar cells have improved much recently...especially the lower cost ones that are in gadgets like these. Would love to see one that was worthwhile!

It's an overrated, ripped up, narrow road with lots of blind turns. Dozens of Ohio roads are much better for motorcycles.

Zrx1200 almost done. Brakes are all rebuilt, on, and bled out. Body work installed. New battery installed. Carbs in and synced. Seat and shocks should be here by weeks end. A few loose ends to tye up and I'll be ready to take her down the road. Looks like it should be done in plenty of time for the gap trip.

My Father has decided to part ways with his 2007 Triumph Daytona 675. I guarantee you won't find a cleaner Daytona. This one has 1329 miles. Spotless condition. Has a Triumph Off-road Exhaust (TOR). Has no cut frame sliders and a Double Bubble windscreen. Was bought from Joes cycle shop in Dayton. Price is $5500 Its hard to find a price gauge on this bike because of the low miles and condition. Ok the routes are finalized. I posted the ITF files in the first post for the ones needing them for their devises I'l post them here as well. Think we will be fine with on the fly gas stops for every day except day 3 and they are planned out. Think every one going should be good for 150+ miles on a tank and ill try to stop around 100 to 125 ish. Day 1: is your route to the hotel. Little over 20 of us got together last weekend for a cancelled ride.

I ditched Verizon when they were going to charge me more for my grandfathered unlimited data plan.... and didn't bother to notify me about the increase in cost. Have been on ATT, and haven't had any issues. All the other guys at work complain about having slow/no signal in our building, I'm fine on ATT. Even cheaper than the same plan from Verizon. I'm happy with them, don't have any issues. But I'm not one of those that's on the phone 24/7, and if I'm on a motorcycle trip and don't have any signal (like much of the smoky mtns), who cares, I'm on a bike life is good. YMMV

Anyone around that still remembers the ringo ride? Is Casper still around ? In all honesty though, been about 8 years. Are any of the newark boys like hutch still doing the newark rides. It is becoming a rarity in ohio to find fast passionate riders. Trying to change the scene a bit. My group organizes a Sunday ride every weekend weather permitting if anyone is interested in tagging along! Current bikes have changed a bit but still have the blackbird.
