Ok. Got 20 brats and 10 Italian sausage plus a 3 lb pork butt. Probably gonna get another butt, it was the only one left. Buns would be appreciated. Shit, forgot BBQ sauce. Will brine the pork for a few days, then rub and let that soak in for a few days before I smoke and shred them. Will also soak brats in beer. Also grabbed rigatoni and sauce. Beer selection will be milk stout, helles lager, citra IPA and perhaps some American Amber ale. Also ordered pitchers.
Just need to throw my entire garage away now.
