  3. Not crowded, no asshats. Can get to anything without waiting. Sit on any bike. No I'm here the right day.

  4. Wow. That's a cocksucker right there. I'd have had trouble not escalating to physical violence. Laugh about creating a potentially life threatening condition on the track....what a fucktard.

  5. I had a 94 del Sol which was one of my favorite cars, although I did get teased about being it being a clown car given my freakishly tallness. I bought it with 98k miles and only sold it due to excessive rust. More recently I had a 94 civic lx sedan, bought with 209k miles and aside from burning oil it ran really well. Honda's are pretty bullet proof if you keep up with regular maintenance.

  6. Don't even bother unless there are places open in those two yellow areas. Now that I think about it, I remember neighbors parking longways in their ~3ft driveways making it hard to get the fuck out of your own garage. Also, I'd hate to live with my sister (if I had one). Would be weird hearing her get slammed by her bf in the next room.

  7. I don't know any of the people there. But, I can say this after being there a few times, they really want this done as bad as we do. The let down in their voice today was pretty rough. It's not just us, they are not doing any events until they open. Once they are open. I get the feeling they will be calling me to reschedule. I wouldn't be surprised if they gave us first dibs.

  9. Anything to do with enjoying my bike and the ride is where I plan to be in 2014. There's the Ohio Mile in Wilmington, Kilkare dragstrip in Xenia, National Trail in Columbus, Edgewater in Cincinnati, Norwalk in North Central Ohio, Mid Ohio Sports Car Course for the AMA Superbikes and Vintage Days, many cruise ins around Ohio and a few Vintage motorcycle shows to attend. In that regard my dance card is full. During the winter I celebrate garage season by building bikes to attend these tracks and events. As an idea for an article or series of articles you may want to focus on average guys and the stuff they build or maintain on their garages during the winter months.

  10. I mention this in all these threads, go down 28 to Franklin. Cafe R'el. Blue Crab Bisque. Get a bowl, not a cup or you will be sad. Cash only.

  11. Conversely, I will go out of my way to support or patron a Christian business. Especially one who isn't so afraid and PC to admit it. Kudos to CCM for having a spine and claiming their faith when it's not "popular" or PC This space intentionally left blank to avoid offending anyone 2012

  12. I'll choose "A" to do business with. You choose what makes you happy and who you think you can trust the most. A) We are a Christian owned company. B) We are Satan worshipers. C) We are Pagans. D) We are an atheist owned business. E) Our company is owned and operated by witches.

  13. Had our annual "kickoff" meeting today in cincy. Its very nice to sit down with your peers and be awarded for your accomplishments. I ranked in the top 10 in the company for total tire sales and fluid sales. For our region (14 stores) I got "best in overall sales" and "rookie of the year" awards. I've got alot of business from CR over the years and I appreciate every ounce of it. THANKS GUYS! http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=862&pictureid=7448

  14. Not a point about religion? Really? Seemed to be your sole point. They're more than welcome to list that the owner has diabetes, or whatever. I see no fault or issue that they offer themselves as a Christian-owned business, and as a Christian, I welcome it. It is my "go-to" shop since Southside in Dayton closed down. There's a closer shop to me, but I won't set foot in the place, not even if I'm just browsing, because of their reputation for ripping people off, and the attitudes I got when I DID go in there. The folks all through CCM are ALWAYS friendly, and seem to enjoy what they do. They don't stalk me as I'm walking around, they don't push product on me. They answer my questions, chat, and leave me be. The dollar doesn't seem to be the sole focus, vs. the other shop. The employees at CCM seem to stick around awhile, which may mean that they feel they're in a "good place" that treats them fairly. If they're having a bad day, you'd never know it. I like 'em. I support 'em. Most of that is just the "feel" of the shop overall, and part of that "feel" is the employees and owners. I'm glad that they put it out there that they're a Christian business. More power to them. They make all of us look better. I'm not saying that all good people must be Christian (or Jewish, or anything else). I'm not saying that if you're not connected with God then you're not trustworthy and reliable. I'm not saying that everyone in church is doing what they're supposed to be doing (nor not doing what they're not supposed to be doing). None of that. I'm saying that dealing with a business which presents itself as faith-based is a comfort to me. CCM doesn't have Jesus fish all over the place, nor scripture anywhere in the building (not that I've seen). They don't include a pocket Bible with every purchase. They don't push it on anyone, and its not blatant except in the way they treat people, and thats not a bad thing.

  15. CCM is my favorite dealer. Brad is actually the one that sold me my 14 brand new back in February of 2008. They gave me a great deal and also delivered it from their store in Wilmington all the way to my house in Kettering back then free of charge. It blows my mind as well that years after the purchase when I go in that they recognize me and take the time to ask how my bike is doing as well. Brad and his crew are stand up people and will always get my business. That is all I have to add...lol

  16. Our store is definitely looking to participate more with events or rides. If we can open our doors as a meeting place or help put together a ride, i would be more than happy to help with any ideas. Maybe in the spring time have a Ohio Riders open-house then a ride afterwards? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  17. Why does anyone care? You do realize if people would stop paying attention to these spoiled little shits they would stop acting out, right? Then they would go on about their miserable lives like the rest of us do. Drinking alcohol in a dark room.
