he got 3rd degree burns on his hand and arms when he tried to burn the house down. thus he couldnt make his flight so he killed him self after some how riiging up his santa suit to a bunch of black powder so it would explode when the police came to investigate

That's no excuse at all for what was done. I don't know how I'd have dealt with being at a party and seeing someone shoot an 8 year old in the face. Pretty sure if I was able to get to the guy they'd throw me in jail for what I'd do to him.

Did you know that the town Tombstone had conceal carry laws? Yep. If you were caught concealing a handgun in Tombstone it was a $32 fine. They had conceal carry permits even back then. So, I guess this is still the Wild, Wild West.
