diagnose top end noise "help"

I was checking my valves, after the rebuild, when I noticed this snap noise? Snap or click noise is at 6 and 29 sec mark. Is this normal or something about to come loose? I don't recall hearing  this when I turned crank before to locate tdc to adjust valves in the past. I do know this motor turns a lot harder and you can hear the compression exit the exhaust, just by turn over by hand. Could this just be the compression relief on the cam? Thanks for any help!

Not much to it...typically the decompression rocker slides down the rocker shaft once the motor spins up so that the follower doesn't contact the cam lobe. If you can get the whole valve cover off it will be the only one that slides. Slide it over, turn the motor. If you can't get the valve cover off with the motor in the frame you may be able to get at it via the inspection holes on the exhaust side.
