Administrators and moderators do not read private messages. However, private messages are only private if you and the other members involved keep it that way. Remember that. Don't say something in a private message you wouldn't want posted on the forum.

Ohio Riders, LLC makes every attempt to not to delete anything. Sometimes due to reasons outside of our control, content may get deleted. However as a policy, Ohio Riders, LLC does not delete posts, threads, accounts, etc.

Ohio Riders, LLC does use cookies for authentication and authorization, to distinguish one user from another. If you don't want cookies from this site, then you can't effectively use the site. 

Log files are maintained and analysed of all requests for files on this website's web servers. Log files do not capture personal information but do capture the user's IP address, which is automatically recognised by our web servers.

Any optional personally identifying information (such as real name, address, phone number, zip, etc.) is optional and can be deleted and/or edited by you the user at any time. This information is never sold.

Spam Defense
The IPS Spam Defense Service passes the email address and IP address of the registering member to the service to determine the likelihood a registering account is a spam source.
SendGrid
SendGrid is used by this website to process and deliver emails.
reCAPTCHA V2
This site uses a CAPTCHA to ensure humans are performing certain actions. The CAPTCHA provider may set a session cookie and get information about your internet browser and device accessing this website.
